Love Backcountry but the App crashes a bit too often

Backcountry gives a new meaning to customer service. Just because you place your order online or through the App doesnt mean that you shouldnt expect customer service. And with Backcountry they truly deliver! They are truly focused at going the extra mile and getting things right.

I love their website and their filtering capabilities make it simple and convenient to find anything your brand, your color and in your size. The App seems to crash quite a bit for me. Luckily - once you log in (please remember to do that first) they remember your cart. But a few times, Ive made the mistake of rushing into shopping mode and then the App crashed and my 20 items had disappeared. Great company, great people, great
