I am new to Backcountry but my first experience has been great so far. I ordered a kayak cockpit cover from Amazon and the manufacturer put the wrong size in the package and I emailed Backcountry thru Amazon late one night and by 8:00 AM they had emailed me back with a RMA number and shipping label. That is service!
