Great stuff from great company.

Backcountry is by far the best website to purchase winter attire. I was extremely satisfied with the smart wool that I bought a pair for everyday of the week. This app is functional and the customer service and response are all on point.

Virtually has everything. Never had an issue with Backcountry. No complaints.

In the world of customer service centers dispatched to other continents, Backcountry takes their service to the next level. I couldnt believe when I not only received an email from Sam in customer support after placing a nice order, but he also followed up with a phone call! He informed me he is my "go-to" guy at Backcountry and has since promptly returned my emails and calls when placing other orders. Quickest way to make this girl a customer for life is to treat me with the utmost in service. Dont change, please! Love it!!

Easy to view, layout is smooth. One thing, going back from viewing an item has a pop up bar in the bottom that randomly wont be there.

No complaints here. :) Very convenient and easy to use app.

Zach C. was such a help when I needed to return an item I ordered on cyber Monday. He walked me through some questions I had on the return and also helped me find a different jacket of my liking! The online chat is a great feature for people like me who need short quick answers.

Love using this app, just started seriously getting into hiking/backpacking this year and Ive been using Backcountry for all my gear needs.

Easy to use

Buyer beware!! Products shipped are not necessarily the products you ordered. Purchased Smith Chromapop+ glasses. They didnt ship the chromapop+ sunglasses but just normal sunglasses. The advertised product was MSRP $219 vs $89 or $129. Rip off! Contacted customer service and after 5 business days still no solution. Currently the website states product is not in stock, however when I contacted customer service to notify them of the mistake the website listed the chromapop+ as in stock. Buyer beware! If a deal is too good to be true, chances are you are not getting the right product. I wonder how many folks are walking around thinking they have a certain product but they dont. Has this happened to others? Legal action?

Have tried numerous apps, including REi, and this one trumps all.

Honestly my favorite website to order gear from. If I ever have a problem with an order or an item I ordered, they take care of me hassle free every time. Plus since I live in Utah I receive the order the next business day which is awesome! I prefer these guys over REI any day. Thanks for being awesome backcountry! Also thanks for the free stickers!

Just got the app a week ago love it.I am on it daily getting gear for cold weather and for outdoor fun.Easy to navigate and order.
