Tried to place order. Mess up between PayPal and this app. Bad experience.

This is by far one of my favorite companys to shop with. Their staff is knowledgable and always there when you need them wether that be via email or even by phone. I have never had a better experience then with backcountry. I will be a life long customer.

Backcountry gives a new meaning to customer service. Just because you place your order online or through the App doesnt mean that you shouldnt expect customer service. And with Backcountry they truly deliver! They are truly focused at going the extra mile and getting things right. I love their website and their filtering capabilities make it simple and convenient to find anything your brand, your color and in your size. The App seems to crash quite a bit for me. Luckily - once you log in (please remember to do that first) they remember your cart. But a few times, Ive made the mistake of rushing into shopping mode and then the App crashed and my 20 items had disappeared. Great company, great people, great Products, and most of al great service.

I have bought a number of things on Backcountry- and have never had a problem returning or exchanging. They are awesome!!

This is one of the best outdoor apps ever. They help you with everything 10 out of 10.

Combines a bunch of great brands all at your fingertips. And the discounts are amazing, a really great app for the modern outdoors man.
