Great company for outdoors gear!! Try the chat in their website for getting gear advice. In this app, make a wish list or order list then see it on the computer too. No crashes on iPhone 6.

Cant set your profile picture from the app. App options are not all in one page. Range of categories form filtering products is weak. I would like to sort by technical criteria (weight, temperate rating, etc) not just price or popularity.

Everything about the company is great: customer service, ordering and shipping. All great.

Nothing compares. Best outdoor apparel website and the app is equally great.

I am new to Backcountry but my first experience has been great so far. I ordered a kayak cockpit cover from Amazon and the manufacturer put the wrong size in the package and I emailed Backcountry thru Amazon late one night and by 8:00 AM they had emailed me back with a RMA number and shipping label. That is service!

Overall great but design feels a bit cluttered

BackCountry.com has been my favorite gear site for quite a while! The app makes it so easy to grab the gear I want/need for any adventure we decide to take. And its an excellent way to kill time finding new gear while stuck on layovers ❤️️

A little in airports but isnt everything?

I am 16 year old boy who just had acl surgery and will be bed ridden for 3 months. So Im looking for a new pair of shoes. Ive tried amazon, Nike, adidas and all of them freeze up or dont offer what I want but back country does. There website is very accessible especially through the app and I cant say anything bad about what they sell as the prices and brands they have are amazing. HUGE thank you to the owners of this store as they make my life easier on buying shoes and certain clothes that I use for fishing and hunting.

Could not be happier with Backcountry. Love the app for quick browsing and order checking. The company as a whole has excellent customer service! Ive always received what I order in and timely manor. Just recently I received a personal call and email ensuring I knew my order status and if I needed anything else. A+ group of like minded folks for the outdoor community.

You can find pretty much anything that you want on this site its awesome!!!
